Returns and Exchanges

SHIPPING POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate the process. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have any questions about our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final.

To be eligible for store credit your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. A return must be initiated within 7 workings of receiving your order. All shipments must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving authorization.

You can initiate a store credit by emailing info@myhappycubby.com. Please include your order number, reason for store credit and proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us at info@myhappycubby.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

CHANGE OF ORDER

We make it a priority to send out your order as soon as we can. You can adjust your order within 24 hours of your purchase. Please note that it may delay your shipment. Once your order has been shipped, we are not able to make any changes to the order.
